Boot-Camp
Are you looking for an overall body workout? This class combines cardio kickboxing, bag training and strength training to give you a total body workout. This high energy class will push you to reach new levels of fitness training. Challenge yourself to train your body like you’ve never done before! |
Boxing
Classes will cover proper punching technique, defensive movement and footwork using heavy bags and punching mitts. The hour will be broken down into 3 minute intervals with 1 minute rests, in order to provide a pro boxing experience. The class will conclude with a focus on muscle burning abs which will guarantee to have you see that 6 pack! You will be learning the “sweet science” in no time. |

Boxing Conditioning
Fitness phobic or fitness fanatic? We invite seekers of all fitness levels to experience a unique and challenging 90 minute workout. Sport specific to boxing, this workout focuses on training techniques found in a boxer’s regimen. With 60 minutes devoted to grueling core strength and conditioning drills followed by 30 minutes of intense heavy bag rounds, this class will get you ready to step into the ring! |
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a system of wrestling which incorporates both submissions and strikes. This 90 minute class consists of grappling and striking techniques. Some degrees of grappling techniques used are throwing, trapping, joint locking, holds, disengagements, striking, and kicking. |

Cardio Butts and Guts
This class was specifically designed to target those “hard to get areas”. It starts off with a half hour of cardio that’ll get your heart pumping. The next 15 minutes focuses on the glutes, or the “butt” area. The remaining 15 minutes is ab work to strengthen that core. Not all exercises target specific muscle groups and this class is designed to do just that. So, if you’ve wanted those ripped ads and tight booty, come take this class! |
Cardio Kickboxing
Remember Billy Blanks and his famous Tae Bo? You won’t after you meet Charles and his killer Cardio Kickboxing class! He will have your heart pounding and your sweat dripping with high power combination punches and kicks. With a concentration on form and repetition, this class will give you an awesome workout without compromising technique. |

Kickboxing
Classes will teach you the art of kicking and punching. Students will learn defensive movement, proper kicking and punching techniques using heavy bags and punching mitts. A grueling push up and sit up session will follow the kickboxing to give you a core and upper body burn! This class provides the overall body work out you’ve been looking for. | |

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
This 90 minute class will take you through a series of techniques designed to impart the skills and instincts of an MMA fighter. This progression will culminate with advanced techniques to use when combining wrestling with striking and ground fighting. Students that join in the middle of this progression will receive instruction in previous techniques during drill time. |
Pro-Training
World Champion Kickboxer Brian Schwartz teaches this 90 minute class that includes a half hour of cardio, followed by bag work and ab work. He'll take you through a series of routines that focuses on kicks and punches, with intense bag intervals in between. This class is a non-stop extreme workout where you'll burn the calories, while learning the forms and techniques of a boxer. This workout can't be beat! |

Taekwondo (TKD)
Taekwondo is literally translated as the art or way of kicking and punching. It is a native Korean form of self defense that embraces kicking, punching, dodging, and parrying. It is a system for training both mind and body, with an emphasis on the development of moral character. In addition to kicking and hand techniques, students also learn sweeps, takedowns, and falling. Classes are for children and adults. |
Triple Threat
This unique, 90 minute class is broken up into three brutal half hour workouts taught by 3 different instructors featuring cardio, kickboxing, and boot camp drills. Each “mini-class” flies by because you're too busy sweating to even look at the clock! You'll get "warmed up" with 30 minutes of cardio - be it running outside or cardio-kickboxing, and then move on to non-stop vigorous bag work for 30 minutes, immediately followed by fierce boot camp drills that'll have you running through ladders, jumping over hurdles, and using medicine balls and kettle bells. Each instructor brings their own flavor – it’s like getting 3 separate classes in one! This is a take-no-prisoners workout and a great way to welcome in the weekend! |

Youth Boxing
Does your son or daughter need to release some tension and burn off excess energy? This 60 minute class is just what they need! Your child will learn the proper stances, movements, and punches used in boxing. Utilizing equipment such as heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, and punch mitts, your child will develop speed, strength and agility. Training like a pro boxer provides your child with overall body conditioning. No actual contact is necessary, but is available with parental consent. For ages 8 through 15. |
