Cardio Butts and Guts

This class was specifically designed to target those “hard to get areas”. It starts off with a half hour of cardio that’ll get your heart pumping. The next 15 minutes focuses on the glutes, or the “butt” area. The remaining 15 minutes is ab work to strengthen that core. Not all exercises target specific muscle groups and this class is designed to do just that. So, if you’ve wanted those ripped ads and tight booty, come take this class!
