Jenna has been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years as an instructor and has been training in the field of martial arts since she was 9 years old. She is as dedicated and passionate in the ring as she is in front of a class. Jenna won the IKF Muay Thai World Title in 2009.

Mr. Ferreira is a Capoeira Master with 33 years of experience and a 2-Time National Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion with 12 years of training.
Private Lessons: Yes. Focus is primarily on BJJ by sharing proper technique in form, grappling, holds, etc. Also trains clients in their personal preferences. Has a degree in nutrition.

Ryan Jandu started training at Golden State since 2002 and received his black belt in 2006. He's been competing in Sport Karate tournaments locally and nationally since 2003 in point-fighting and forms divisions. Aside from his class, he helps with the junior tournament team.

Chris Jensen
Speciality: Taekwondo
Mr. Jensen is a 6th-degree black belt and the Head Instructor of Golden State Taekwondo. He has studied martial arts since 1972 and has taught since 1976. His students have not only won many national and international championships, but have also gone on to become certified instructors themselves.
Private Lessons: Yes. All aspects of TaeKwon Do, such as skills, respect, discipline, form and structure.

Mr. Lipinski began martial arts training in 1969, and was Marty Mackowski's first black belt. He is currently a 5th-degree black belt. His training experience extends to judo and jujitsu, and he has been teaching for over 30 years.

In 1995, Bill began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. He began his training at Golden State in 1997, and in 2002 he and his wife and son all received their black belts.

Mr. Montgomery started his training at Mackowski's Taekwondo in 1977. He received his black belt in 1980, and his 3rd-degree at Golden State in 1995. He also holds a black belt in karate.

Deb Pedersen
Speciality: Taekwondo
Debbie Pedersen is the Co-founder of Golden State Taekwondo. She began training in 1977 and is now a 5th-degree black belt.
She was twice the U.S. National Silver Medalist in Olympic-style Taekwondo competition, and has become widely recognized for coaching and training elite level women athletes.
Private Lessons: Yes. All aspects of Tae Kwon Do, such as skills, respect, discipline, form and structure.

Brian Schwartz
Speciality: Kickboxing, Taekwondo
Brian Schwartz began his martial arts training in September 1980. He achieved the rank of black belt in 1990. He is currently a 3rd degree black belt and a certified instructor with Golden State Taekwondo. He is a 6-time World Karate Champion and a World Champion Kickboxer.
Private Lessons: Yes. Proper technique/form for kickboxing and boxing on and off the bag, as well as mitt work and core work.

Ta’ufo’ou is an ex-Olympiad and a retired professional boxer. He represented the islands of Tonga in the 1984 Olympics which was held at UCLA.
