Teaching Goal: "If I am able to pass on the mental and physical knowledge I've gained, than I know the many hours I've spent training have not been wasted. I would be very honored to see those I work with surpass my abilities."

Fitness Philosophy

"The gains made in training, both mental and physical, carry over to all other aspects of one's life. The benefits are inestimable, and proportional to the efforts invested."
