Brian Schwartz
-You get out of life what you put into it.

1980, at the age of six, Brian began studying martial arts. He became a black belt in 1990 and proceeded to achieve a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In the course of eight years he was on the pro-karate circuit, and won six world titles. After culminating his experience on the US Karate team, he went on to have a successful professional kickboxing career with a record of eighteen wins and zero loses, eleven of which were knockouts. At the climax of his career in 2004, Brian was the World Super Middleweight Kickboxing Champion and US Kickboxing champion. After being an instructor at Golden State Tae Kwon Do for seventeen years, Brian realized his dream and opened the doors of Undisputed Boxing Gym in September of 2006. Brian focuses on proper technique with an emphasis on applying that technique in real situations, all the while providing motivation and the necessary fun for any workout.

Mike Bazzel
-To be a better trainer this year than I was last year

Mike has been developing his work out and strength programs over the course of many years. Training people and helping them meet their physical goals is what he loves to do, and he will help you reach any fitness standard that you set. Mike's main focus is not necessarily on how high you are able to kick a bag, but rather in helping you develop the strength that is essential to getting you to the best level possible. Every exercise that he takes you through will help you benefit towards a stronger and leaner body, with the capability of taking on new challenges both in and out of the gym. He focuses on progressive core strengthening, plyometrics, and agility both on the field and in the gym. His classes are intense, but his engaging personality will help you reach the results you seek.

Charles Wright

Charles believes in an all-around workout. He emphasizes cardio and slow muscle development. He wants to see things done properly so that the results stay with you and keep you at an optimal fitness level. Although the workouts that he designs will wear you out, gradually they will make you stronger and leaner, as Charles also specializes in alignment. Charles will be the first to tell you that it is not how big your muscles are, but how you use your body. Charles' classes are normally always full do to the intense workouts that he directs, and the sense of fun that he brings to each class. Whether he is helping you towards tighter glutes with his own unique version of squats, or making you dance around, arms in the air like you just don't care, Charles' classes are nothing short of great.

Jessica Langford
Teaches Butts & Class

Jessica has been a fitness fanatic for eight years, and has been teaching jump rope for two years. Jump roping is regarded as the hardest cardio workout that you can do, and that's why she got hooked on it. Jessica's classes are based on intense cardio, while complimenting that with strength exercises. She's always on the look out for classes that take cardio the next level. Jessica hasn't always been health conscious so being able to help take people to the next level of their workouts is a real joy. You'll find that her teaching style reflects her high energy and passion for full–body fitness.

Stephanie Keller

Fourteen years ago, Stephanie fell in love with boxing, and ever since she has been passing along her knowledge and love for the sport. She is well-rounded in all areas of fitness, and spent years teaching spinning at the Pacific Athletic Club before coming to Undisputed. After training at Undisputed with Brian, she decided to try her hand (and feet) at kickboxing as well. Her classes are high–energy and intense, emulating her philosophy of “hard work, good energy, and have fun.”

Eugene Jackson
Teaches Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

The life of 39–year–old Eugene “The Wolf” Jackson is symbolic of the progression made by mixed martial arts fighters. In 1998, he entered the world of cage combat being a hard–nosed scrapper whose experiences on the streets of California had instilled in him a killer instinct and stripped him of his sense of fear. Since his initial efforts in the squared circle though, Jackson has sought to develop the skills that some of his former opponents had utilized to overcome his strength and durability. According to Jackson, who outside of the ring is a consummate, soft–spoken gentleman, the motivation to become a disciplined martial artist extends far beyond his desire to excel in battle. It is a means to setting an example for his three children and all of his students. With a game plan mapped out and a clear vision of his future in mind, Jackson feels that his best performance has yet to come.

Tim Lacyk

He became the 3-time Ultimate Fighting Champion, while also securing the titles of AAU National Freestyle Wrestling Champion and the Golden Gloves Boxing Champion. Now, Tim dedicates his time to training and teaching. If you are interested in wrestling at all, it would be hard to find a teacher more qualified or passionate about his sport than “The Bohemian.”
